My Story
Gabriola has been my home for nearly 15 years, on the traditional unceded territory of the Snuneymuxw First Nation, and in that time I’ve become deeply rooted in both the community and the land itself.
.
Since 2016, I’ve been planning and running events of all sizes from intimate gatherings to major island celebrations like the Gabriola Farm to Table Feast, Spirit Feast and AppleFest.
My strength lies in the details: anticipating needs before they arise, organizing moving parts and putting the right people in the right positions so everything flows smoothly. I love taking an idea and shaping it into an event that feels effortless, welcoming and beautifully coordinated.
I’m also a fruit farmer and gardener, helping manage orchards across the island, pruning fruit trees and harvesting excess fruit. My work outdoors keeps me connected to nature, which inspires the grounded, thoughtful approach I bring to every event.
I’m a mom to two weirdly-hilarious kids and recently married the man of my dreams, here, on Gabriola in 2025. This experience gave me first-hand insight into what it takes to bring a wedding day to life. I understand the planning, the emotions, the logistics, and the magic that all need to come together for a truly successful celebration.

Whether it’s a wedding, community festival or private gathering, I’m passionate about creating events that feel seamless, meaningful and deeply connected.
